Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on our activewear and accessories.
The printed tees are made and shipped by a different partner, so they carry their own shipping rate. It scales with how many you order and it is shown in full at checkout before you pay anything. No charge appears after you have paid.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Your order ships from our overseas fulfillment partner. Standard delivery to the United States typically takes 10 to 20 business days after processing.
In plain terms: from the day you order, expect roughly 2 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid.
If your order contains more than one item, pieces may arrive separately and on different days. You are not charged anything extra when that happens.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment center. Tracking information can take a few days to begin updating after it is issued. If your tracking has not updated in over 10 business days, email us and we will look into it.
Delays
Customs processing, carrier backlogs, severe weather, and peak holiday periods can extend delivery beyond the estimates above. These estimates are not guarantees. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will either replace it or refund it.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund.
Lost packages
If your order is confirmed delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
