Products and pricing

We do our best to describe our products and display them accurately. Product photography is representative; minor variation in finish, trim, or packaging can occur. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious error.

Orders

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you receive a full refund.

Sizing, care, and colour

Sizing runs as described on each product page, and the size range differs from piece to piece, so check the range listed there before you order. Follow the care instructions on the garment label. Colour swatches on this site are sampled from the photograph of each colourway rather than picked by eye, but screens vary, so treat them as close rather than exact.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, video, graphics, garment artwork, and the Movora name and logo, is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or to interfere with its normal operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Movora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
